Hawkstone Consulting has helped AFS achieve UKAS accredited certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Hawkstone Consulting also advises and internally audits our quality, environmental and health and safety management system on an ongoing basis, ensuring that we improve our systems and processes and that we are always ready for external audit.

sPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Our management system needed to cover the requirements of industry sectors such as food manufacturing and the strict regime within the power generation sector, including nuclear and offshore. We also wanted to have an online ISO management system that was accessible on all office and mobile computers and therefore, we wanted to implement the Hawkstone Consulting integrated ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system, which now operates entirely on “SharePoint”.
OUTCOMES
We have been successfully audited annually since 2014 by our external certification body, ISO QAR, and no nonconformities have been raised because we all understand how to use the system and, when in doubt, we ask Malcolm.
