Since 2014, we have implemented EN 1090, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and other Standards in over 200 Irish companies. We have implemented EN / ISO management systems in the manufacturing, construction and service sectors.

Macrite has used the Hawkstone Consulting spreadsheet system in all our EN / ISO consultancy clients. As a major user of the Hawkstone Consulting system, we have helped Malcolm to continually improve the system and to incorporate new features and automaton.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
It was essential for Macrite to be able to offer a comprehensive, easy-to-understand, standardised management system solution to all our clients, in all industry sectors. We needed a system that is easy to modify for each sector and to tailor for each individual client. We needed a system that could either be installed face to face at our client’s premises or remotely by screen sharing using “Teams” or “Zoom”. We also needed to have high levels of support from Hawkstone Consulting in order to integrate any new, unique customer Standards into the spreadsheet system (for example sheet steel and concrete Standards). Finally, we needed a system that was easy for Macrite and our clients’ internal auditors and for external Certification Body auditors to audit, on site face to face or remotely.
OUTCOMES
We have helped over 200 clients to implement their EN / ISO system, covering single or multiple Standards integrated into the one spreadsheet system.
Hawkstone systems are of great benefit in helping our clients to understand and maintain the Standard that they are trying to achieve and hold on to. It is an easy to use day on day tool to use once it has been set up.
We have developed a highly efficient installation and audit process. External Certification Body auditors have found the systems extremely straightforward to audit and to certify.
Since 2014, we have used the Hawkstone Consulting system to help over 200 of our clients to achieve INAB or UKAS accredited EN / ISO certification, probably more than any other consultancy in Ireland.
